ZBH5250ZYSDFE6 compressed rubbish truck is a new generation of rear-mounted compressed rubbish truck independently developed and designed by Changsha Zoomlion Environmental Industry Co. The vehicle adopts Dongfeng Tianlong II chassis and is modified by adding rubbish bin, filler, push shovel, feeding mechanism, filler cover, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electrical system and other components.
The vehicle has high operating efficiency, simple and beautiful appearance, excellent performance, and user-friendly control and operation mode. It adopts two-way compression technology to complete the collection and transfer of urban living rubbish, with large loading capacity, and its comprehensive performance reaches the leading level of similar products in China.

Strong loading capacity and high operating efficiency Adopting advanced two-way compression technology with high compression ratio, which is the leading position in the industry. Short loading time, one cycle time for loading operation is less than 24 seconds, one cycle time for unloading operation is less than 55 seconds, and the hopper volume of filler is 2.4 m³. The curved scraper scraping surface of the filling mechanism adopts the unique design of S-type curved surface, which is composed of two curved surfaces. Advanced control technology Different from the traditional PLC control mode commonly used in the domestic industry, the product adopts the most advanced 'CAN bus + special controller mode' in the control mode, which has a high degree of automation, good reliability, low failure rate and long service life. Engine power output control through the electrical system to achieve fully automatic control, to ensure that the rubbish truck in its various operating conditions, the engine can automatically achieve acceleration and idling state, to avoid power loss and system heating, low fuel consumption, good economy.
Hydraulic and electric integrated cylinder technology The scraper cylinder and skateboard cylinder can be equipped with built-in high-pressure proximity switch, i.e. the proximity switch element and the cylinder can be combined into one, this technology can realise the precise control of the action of the pressure filling mechanism, which can significantly enhance the high reliability and accuracy of the control logic of the product. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder has little hydraulic shock and low operating noise.
Sealed treatment eliminates secondary pollution The waste is in a closed state during compression, filling and transport. A double rubber seal is used at the joint surface between the filler and the bin, and a sewage deflector is installed at the seal to ensure that sewage does not drip or spray during collection and transport (double sealing technology). The filler lid completely covers the filler feed opening to eliminate dust and debris from the rear of the vehicle during transit and to reduce odour pollution.
