Main advantages of the product
1. Chassis
Adopting the SH1043PEDBNZ2 Class II chassis already produced by SAIC Datsun Automobile Co., Ltd. for modification, with strong power and carrying capacity, this chassis is the 4.5-ton Euro 6 emission commercial vehicle micro truck chassis which is advanced and reliable in China at present.
Engine. It adopts Q23-95E60 diesel engine of Anhui Quanchai Power Co., Ltd, with rated power of 70kW, rated speed of 3,000r/min, and the emission reaches Euro VI standard.
2. Sub-engine and its transmission
Sub-engine. YN25NAG4 diesel engine of Shandong Yunnei Power Co., Ltd. is adopted, with a rated net power of 36.8kW and a rated speed of 2500r/min.
Transmission device. The sub engine is equipped with a centrifugal automatic clutch, which is controlled by the speed of the sub engine to realize the separation and engagement of the clutch without manual operation. It also ensures no-load starting and no-load stopping of the subengine, prolonging the service life of the subengine.
3. Sweeping system
The sweeping system of the sweeper adopts the patented structure of "two sweeping disks in the center + ultra-wide suction nozzle at the back + high-pressure nozzle in the middle + high-pressure side nozzles on the left and right", and integrates the middle nozzle and the left and right side nozzles and suction nozzles together with the overall structure of the advanced. The ultra-wide suction nozzle increases the suction width, and the left and right side nozzles increase the cleaning width, which improves the working efficiency. The integration of spray bar and suction nozzle ensures constant ground clearance and guarantees the effect of dirt and water suction.
4.High-pressure water system

5.Dust reduction system
Sweeping disk dust reduction system consists of diaphragm pump, nozzle and pipeline, mainly through the nozzle arranged in front of the sweeping brush spraying water to realize the dust reduction, generally used in the sweeping mode, can effectively reduce the dust stirred up by the sweeping operation, improve operational efficiency.
6.Box
The box is a composite structure of "garbage box + fresh water box", the box adopts 304 single-layer stainless steel corrugated structure design, the internal and external surfaces are smooth, high strength, good rigidity, rust and corrosion resistance. 7. Fans

9. Electronic control system
The vehicle adopts the control mode of "display + controller + CAN bus operation panel". Vehicle operation can be realized through three operating devices, two of which are in the driver's cab, and one of which is in the operation panel at the right rear of the vehicle.

Operation box. Located at the front of the gear operator's console on the right side of the driver's seat, it is mainly used for starting and stopping operations of the subengine.

The vehicle is equipped with a color video rear view system. When the optional video monitoring system is installed, the rear of the vehicle is equipped with a camera head, and the cab is equipped with a color display screen. 10.Operation modes
The system is set up with 12 operation modes: full sweep, left sweep, right sweep, full wash sweep, left wash sweep, right wash sweep, full wash, left wash, right wash, pure suction, left spray sweep, right spray sweep. In case of water shortage and the total ball valve of water circuit is not opened, the sub-fairing can only work in idle speed, and cannot speed up. Users can choose the appropriate mode of operation according to operational needs. Voice alarm system.
