1 Product Overview

ZBH5183GSSEQE6 sprinkler is a new type of sprinkler developed by the company. The vehicle adopts the second class chassis of Dongfeng Corporation, and is modified by adding special operation device and control system. The special operation device includes front duckbill flushing device, center hedge flushing device, rear sprinkler device and water cannon.

2. Functions

    It can realize rinsing and sprinkling to reduce dust on the road surface; equipped with long-range water cannons, it can be used for long-distance rinsing.
3. Application

It is suitable for washing and sprinkling operations on urban roads and squares.

Main structure and performance characteristics


1,Chassis
    Adopting Dongfeng EQ1185LJ9CDE automobile second class chassis modified, with strong power and strong carrying capacity.
It adopts Yuchai YCS04200-68 diesel engine with rated power of 147kW, rated speed of 2300r/min, and the emission reaches National VI standard.
2,Water tank
   The total volume of water tank reaches 13.3m³, and the effective volume is 10.6m³. The water tank has large volume and long working time. The water tank adopts the finite element analysis method to optimize the design, and has passed the strict reliability test, the water tank adopts the advanced one-time package tank molding technology, robotic automatic welding, penetration non-destructive flaw detection, no leakage, long service life, and the internal water tank adopts the professional anti-corrosion coating of epoxy coal asphalt paint to ensure the anti-corrosion effect.
3,Low pressure water system
Low pressure water pump. Adopt famous self-priming two-stage centrifugal pump, rated speed 1480rpm, rated working pressure 1.1MPa, rated flow rate of 50 m³/h, high efficiency, good reliability.  
Front duckbill flushing device. The front duckbill flushing device is controlled by pneumatic cut-off valve, suitable for flushing road surface and roadside, through the special structure can be arbitrarily adjusted duckbill nozzle flushing orientation, flushing width of not less than 8m.
In the hedge flushing device. In the hedge flushing device has a cone nozzle left and right each one, two-way flushing, are controlled by pneumatic cut-off valve, through the adjustment of the rotating sleeve, can be arbitrarily adjusted to the nozzle angle, in the hedge can be a flushing 6 lanes.
Rear watering device. The rear sprinkler device adopts pneumatic cut-off valve to control the opening and closing of the rear sprinkler nozzle, and when two rear sprinkler nozzles are opened at the same time, the width of sprinkler is not less than 14m.
Water cannon. The water cannon is an aluminum long-range water gun, installed on the right side of the rear worktable. The water gun can be rotated from 0° to 360° and the gun body can be tilted up and down. The adjusting sleeve on the front of the gun body can be turned forward and backward to adjust the shape of the water jet (column or cone) and shut down the water gun. The water gun is controlled by a manual ball valve, which can open and close the water gun, and the range of the water gun is not less than 38m.
4,Operation mode
The vehicle adopts "electrical control + manual operation" combined with the control mode. The front duckbill device, the middle hedge device, the rear sprinkler device are controlled by electricity, gas control open and close, the operation is convenient and flexible, realized by the operation box in the cab, the operation box is located on the right side of the driver's seat. The water cannon is controlled by manual ball valve to open and close and adjust the water jet shape (column or cone).
