"ZBH5070XTYHFBEVY pure electric closed drum garbage truck is a high-performance pure electric closed drum garbage truck independently developed and designed by Changsha Zoomlion Environmental Industry Company Limited on the basis of absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. The vehicle has beautiful appearance, excellent performance and advanced control; it adopts hydraulic tailboard for loading and unloading garbage cans, which can complete the loading and unloading operation of garbage cans easily and quickly; the top cover of the box can be opened completely, which ensures enough working height inside the box; the garbage cans can be transferred as a whole, which will not produce secondary pollution during transportation. This product adopts Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd HFC1072EV2Z (pure electric) second class car chassis modification.

It has the functions of loading/unloading and transferring of garbage cans.
Scope of application
It is mainly applicable to the collection and transportation of garbage cans (standard 120L/240L/660L garbage cans) containing domestic garbage in urban residential areas, communities, large-scale factories and mines, institutions, parks and stations.
Main structure and performance characteristics
ZBH5070XTYHFBEVY pure electric closed barrel garbage truck is mainly composed of chassis, garbage bin, vehicle lifting tailgate and side guardrail and other components, which are described as follows:
1. Chassis
Chassis. Adopting Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd HFC1072EV2Z (pure electric) type II car chassis modification, strong power, strong carrying capacity, the chassis is currently the most advanced domestic, the most reliable quality of pure electric commercial vehicle chassis one.
Drive motor. It adopts TZ220XSWF3 produced by Weifang Petrai Electric Co., Ltd, with rated power/speed/torque (kW/r/min/N.m) of 50/3673/130, and peak power/speed/torque (kW/r/min/N.m) of 110/12,000/330. The protection level is IP67.
Power Battery. Adopt L173TB1 model battery produced by Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co.

b, total storage capacity of 66.84kWh, nominal capacity of 173Ah, energy density of 154.59wh/kg, to meet the driving needs of sanitation vehicles;

d. The battery has been inspected in all aspects, and the quality control is strict. Battery inspection items: vibration, mechanical shock, simulated collision, extrusion, damp heat cycle, water immersion safety, thermal stability (external fire, heat diffusion), temperature shock, salt spray, high altitude, over-temperature protection, over-current protection, external short-circuit protection, over-charging protection, over-discharging protection, all in line with.
2.Upper mounting structure
Vehicle lifting tail plate. Vehicle lifting tailboard is located at the end of the box, which is the part to load the garbage cans into the box. Vehicle lifting tailboard consists of panel, lifting cylinder, opening cylinder, power unit and electric control box, through the lifting cylinder to complete the lifting and lowering of garbage cans, through the opening cylinder to complete the opening and closing of the tailboard.
Garbage bin. The box is a component for collecting and storing garbage cans, and it is the base for connecting the lifting tailboard, chassis and other components. The overall structure of the box is designed to be reliable, and the rigidity is reasonably matched; the side panels are made of corrugated boards bent into shape, and the modeling is beautiful. The vehicle is designed with a lifting roof, and the lowest height in the compartment after the roof is opened can be up to 1.9 meters, which ensures that there is enough working height in the whole box.
3.Operation mode
The vehicle adopts the control mode of wire-controlled push-button device and electric control box operation panel. When the operation starts and stops, the opening and closing of the door, lifting, lowering and opening and closing of the roof of the vehicle lifting tailgate are realized by two operating devices, one of which is the wire-controlled pushbutton at the right rear of the inner side of the dumpster, and the other one is the operating panel in the electric control box on the right side of the rear of the vehicle.
