1. Chassis
Chassis. It adopts SH1033PEGCNZ type 2 chassis produced by SAIC Datsun, with strong power and strong carrying capacity.
Engine. The LJ4A16QG gasoline engine produced by Liuzhou Wuling Liuqi Power Co., Ltd. has a rated power of 91kW, a displacement of 1590ml, and the emission reaches the National VIB standard.
2. Sub-engine and its transmission
The sub engine adopts the twin-cylinder gasoline engine of model VANGUARD 3864, which is an internationally famous brand of American Bailiton. It has the characteristics of smooth working, small vibration, strong power, high efficiency, normal working noise is lower than 77dB (A), driving the high pressure water pump to carry out high pressure cleaning operation, and the old stains are swept away.
3 Cleaning device
Front spray bar and handheld spray gun. The front water spray frame adopts electric actuator control, which can realize left and right 20 degrees rotation and up and down 100mm height range of variable width, the maximum cleaning width of 1.5 meters, can form a water curtain to clean the road surface. Configuration of high-pressure handheld spray gun for cleaning the ground, sidewalks, non-motorized roads, squares, pedestrian streets, "psoriasis", etc., the system water pressure up to 14MPa or more, the working time of up to 60 minutes. The water hose is wrapped with spiral steel wire sleeve, which can avoid direct wear and tear of the hose and the ground during operation, and has a long service life.
3.Water tank
Adopting the overall framework box structure of "front and rear double-mounted tool box + center-mounted water tank + rear nacelle", with good strength and rigidity, strong anti-corrosion ability of the water tank and durability. With upper and lower water filling ports, water filling is smooth, adapting to the water requirements of different regions. The front and rear toolboxes are more convenient for accessing accessories and maintenance.
4. Cleaning device
Water spray frame. The water spray frame is controlled by electric actuator, which can realize left and right 20 degrees of deflection and up and down 100mm height range of amplitude, the maximum cleaning width is up to 1.8 meters, which can form a continuous water curtain to clean the road surface.
Handheld spray gun. High-pressure water hose outside the spiral steel wire sleeve, can avoid direct wear and tear of the hose and the ground, long service life.
Fixed-point cleaning device. The fixed-point cleaning device allows for upward, downward, left and right direction offsetting to facilitate the fixed-point removal of roadway stains.
Right Angle Spray. The right corner spray cleaning device realizes high-pressure cleaning operation of road edge, guardrail base, road marking, etc. when the vehicle is moving.
High-pressure reel. The high-pressure reel has a self-recovery function and a maximum cleaning distance of up to 15 meters.
5. Operation mode
The vehicle adopts wire control mode. All operations are easy and fast, and the performance of the electric control system is stable and reliable.
Operation box. Located in front of the driver's seat gear, mainly used for the upper power supply on and off, fixed-point cleaning and water spray frame action control.
Display screen. Located in front of the right side of the driver's seat, it is used to display the working condition of the water jetting frame in front of the front of the vehicle.
